At Cosmic Esoteric, we understand the importance of ensuring the safe delivery of our delicate objects to our valued customers worldwide. We take great care in packaging and handling each item to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, we also acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur. To address these situations, we have developed the following delivery policy:

Shipping Methods and Times:
We offer shipping services to both domestic and international customers. All orders will be dispatched from our location in the UK. The estimated delivery time will vary based on the destination, but typically range from 2-4 weeks for international deliveries.

Packaging:
Our ceramic objects are packaged with the utmost care to ensure their safe transportation. We use high-quality packaging materials to protect each item from potential damage.

Re-Making and Re-Sending:
If an item arrives at its destination in a broken or damaged condition, we are committed to making it right. We will gladly re-make and re-send any broken items at no additional cost to the customer. However, please note that a delay will be incurred due to the time required to create a replacement.

Evidence of Damage:
In order to initiate the re-making and re-sending process, the customer must provide evidence that the item was damaged during transit. This can include clear photographs or videos showcasing the damaged item and its packaging. We kindly request that this evidence be sent to us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

If you have received a broken or damaged item, please reach out to us via email at [email protected]. We will guide you through the process of submitting the necessary evidence and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Please double-check the shipping address to ensure its correctness. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered items resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Order Tracking:
We provide order tracking information for all shipments. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.
