To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have any tags, labels, or protective coverings intact. 1.3. Products that are custom-made or personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: 2.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product. 2.2. We may require you to provide photographic evidence or other documentation to support your claim. 2.3. Once we verify the damage or defect, we will offer you the option of a replacement, repair, refund, or exchange. 2.4. If a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund or exchange will be provided, including any shipping costs incurred.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 3.5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, excluding any shipping costs.
